PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to compact the heat exchanger with simple structure, and to perform heat exchange in a single heat exchanger for cooling or heating with two heat exchange media. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger is composed of a first tank part(31) having a passage flowing a first heat exchange medium; a second tank part(32) separated from the first tank part to flow a second heat exchange medium; first heater tubes(40) supported by the first tank part; and second heater tubes(50) supported by the second tank part, and separated from first heater tubes. First heater tubes and second heater tubes are arranged alternately. Cooling or heating is performed with using two kinds of heat exchange media in the heat exchanger, and the structure of the air conditioner is simplified. Stability is improved with applying heater tubes.
