PURPOSE: An MLCC(multi layer ceramic condenser) cutter is provided to prevent a cutter blade from being dull even if used for a long time and to avoid an economic loss caused by the frequent replacements of a cutter by reducing a cutting impact. CONSTITUTION: A cutter consists of a severing cutter made up by compressing 80 to 90% of cemented carbide and 10 to 15% of cobalt and then sintering at 1480deg.C for 24 hours under a melting point; a grinding jig installed on a horizontal table to be vertical to a grinding wheel; a land unit for forming the grinding wheel to have a 87.5 to 90 radius and 3mm length by reciprocating the horizontal table back and forth and rotating the grinding wheel; and a polishing face for polishing a front end of the land unit by descending the grinding wheel and polishing the front end after installing a sine grinding vice on the horizontal table and reciprocating the table right and left. For the precise size of the cutter formed by a sintering process(10), a blade unit is molded through a grinding process(20) and the polishing process(30).
