RADIO FREQUENCY RESISTOR-CAPACITOR HYBRID CHIP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a radio frequency resistor-capacitor hybrid chip is provided to easily control resistance, by printing resistive paster on a sheet to form a resistance component, and by simultaneously stacking the resistance component together with a capacitor layer to form a single chip so that an area and the number of layers of the resistance component are controlled. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic sheet is made by using slurry of a predetermined composition. A resistor pattern bent by a predetermined angle is printed on the ceramic sheet so that a current flow is bent by a predetermined angle. Electrode paste is alternatively printed on the ceramic sheet to form an inner electrode for a capacitor. The sheet on which a resistance component is printed and the sheer on which the capacitor inner electrode is printed, are stacked so that the resistance component and the capacitance component are disposed in parallel with each other. A heat treatment process is performed regarding the stacked material. An outer electrode connected to the resistor pattern and the capacitor inner electrode are formed at both end portions of the stacked material.
