PURPOSE: A circuit board is provided to prevent environmental contamination by allowing the insulating board and the circuit pattern member to be separated during waste disposal. CONSTITUTION: An insulating board(4) having a plurality of penetrations(2) for receiving electronic components, is made up of PVC, PBT, PET. The insulating board has a surface at which a wall member(6) is protruded at a predetermined height in accordance with the circuit pattern. A circuit pattern member(10) separated from a pattern board(8) is accommodated and attached to the inner space sectioned by the wall member. The pattern board is formed in such a manner that the circuit pattern member is cut in a predetermined pattern and attached to the interior of the wall member by being pressed by a punching plate.
