PURPOSE: Provided is a polymer composition for solubilizing a non-soluble drug, which can be used as an injection by directly itself or diluting with water. CONSTITUTION: The polymer composition comprises: 5-95 wt% of a block copolymer comprising 40-80 wt% of hydrophilic polyalkylene glycol having a molecular weight of 1000-15000 dalton and hydrophobic biodegradable polymer having a molecular weight of 1000-10000 dalton; 5-95 wt% of polyethylene glycol or derivatives thereof having a molecular weight of 200-10000 dalton. The block copolymer is A-B type double block copolymer or A-B-A type triple block polymer, wherein A is the hydrophilic polyalkylene glycol block and B is the hydrophobic biodegradable polymer block.
