PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display panel is provided to prevent outflowing of liquid crystal due to the external impact. CONSTITUTION: A gate insulating layer(62) is formed on the lower glass substrate(60). A semiconductor layer(64) and a data link(66) are formed on the gate insulating layer(62). An organic protection film(68) is applied on the data link(66), the gate insulating layer(62) and the lower glass substrate(60). A hole(70) formed by etching the organic protection film(68) on the data link(66) according to the data link(66). An ITO electrode film(72) is formed on the data link(66) in the hole(70) and the organic protection film(68). A sealing unit(74) is formed on the ITO electrode film(72). An upper plate(76) is joined on the sealing unit(74). The upper plate(76) consists of a color filter formed on an upper glass substrate(78), a black matrix(80) and a common transparency electrode(82).
