PURPOSE: A method for supplying telephone conversation recording/playing back services in an intelligent network is provided to make a subscriber registered in the recording/playing back services simply record every telephone conversations of the subscriber, so that every subscriber registered in the services can immediately record self telephone conversations without using special terminals. CONSTITUTION: An SCP(Service Control Point)(4) stores subscriber information registered in telephone conversation recording/playing back services. If a user(1) calls a subscriber(2) registered in the services to an SSP(Service Switching Point)(3), the SSP(3) requests a service process relating to the subscriber(2) to the SCP(4). The SCP(4) connects a speech path between the SSP(3) and an IP(Intelligent Peripheral)(5). The speech path and the user(1) are connected. The IP(5) records a telephone conversation. The speech path is cancelled. The subscriber(2) inputs a specific service ID number to the SSP(3), by playing back the recorded telephone conversation. A speech path between the SSP(3) and the IP(5) is connected, according to a playback service process request. An announcement relating to the number of call messages corresponding to the subscriber(2), and an announcement relating to an inputted listening message number are delivered. If a number is inputted according to the announcements, a message is outputted. The speech path is cancelled by a message playback completion.
