PURPOSE: A reel for a semiconductor carrier tape by paper is provided to repeatedly use and recycle the reel, and to easily dispose the reel by forming the reel with paper plywood. CONSTITUTION: A reel for a semiconductor carrier tape by paper includes a pair of circular side plates(10) manufactured by processing paper, each having a predetermined diameter and a hub hole(11) formed at the center of the circular plate on a concentric circle, dual slots(12,13) coupled with the circumference of the hub hole at predetermined inner diameter differences; and a hub(20) coupled between both side plates, a band forming an outer diameter with having both ends coupled separably, having symmetrically formed blades passing through both slots of both side plates.
