PURPOSE: A process for preparing a waterproof liquid having excellent waterproof and sound insulation function and capable of preventing generation of fungus is provided which produces the title liquid having excellent durability at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof liquid is prepared by a process consisting of mixing 70% by weight of toluene, 27% by weight of foamed styrene, 1.5% by weight of silicon oil, 1% by weight of paraffin oil, 0.3% by weight of aromatics and 0.2% by weight of metal ions, mixing, agitating and filtering. |
