COUPLING STRUCTURE AND COUPLING TOOL FOR TREATING HEAD PART OF STEEL PIPE PILE USING EXTERNAL CIRCUMFERENCE WELDING

PURPOSE: A coupling structure and a coupling tool for treating a head part of a steel pipe pile using external circumference welding is provided to increase a moment internal force of virtual pile formed by a basic concrete and a reinforcing rod. CONSTITUTION: A coupling tool for treating a head part of a steel pipe pile using the external circumference welding includes a horizontal parts(11) and a vertical part(12). The horizontal part is in the form of a round rim having an outer diameter larger than that of a steel pipe pile(2) and an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile and has a plurality of screw holes(13) formed radially to the outside of an external circumference of the steel pipe pile in regular intervals. The vertical part is vertically mounted to contact to an outer surface of the steel pipe pile at an outer surface of the steel pipe pile of the horizontal part.
