PURPOSE: A real time video auction system and its method are provided to enable auction participants to present a bidding price or drop a bidding by real time over the internet, and offer moving advertisement picture on the commodity in a bidding process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of the auction system offering a bidding pad to an auction participant, the auction system transmitting a real time moving picture and a message to the auction participant via the bidding pad, the bidding participant presenting bidding prices via the bidding pad, the auction system storing the bidding prices, transmitted from a plurality of bidders, with a reference bidding price, the auction system displaying the highest bidding price among the bidding prices and its user ID on the bidding pad, the auction system transmitting a presentation request message of a higher bidding price than the current bidding price, repeating the bidding and determining a successful bidder in the case that no one presents a higher bidding price.
