PURPOSE: A vibration device is provided to supply a standardized size vibration device for an ultrasonic cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A vibration device for an ultrasonic cleaner comprises a watertight cap(21) forming a space inside; a first vibrator horn(24), first and second piezoelectric elements(25,26), and a second vibrator horn sequentially received in the inner side of the watertight cap and sealed tightly; a vibration unit(28) arranged to the end portion of the second vibrator horn and connected to the watertight cap; a link unit(36) connected to the end portion of the vibration unit and formed to connect to other watertight cap. An electric signal is applied through wiring and the piezoelectric elements(25,26) manufactured with a ceramic material repeat contraction and expansion. The ultrasonic vibration energy is enlarged by the vibrator horn(24) manufactured by an aluminum material of excellent sound impedance. The piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric elements transfers an ultrasonic energy to the vibration unit. Thus, a cleaning effect is maximized by a generation of cavitation.
