摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal alignment layer using a polyamic acid and a polyimide resin is provided to secure a high free tilt angle stably regardless of hardening temperature. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen gas is slowly passed in a 50ml reactor attaching a stirrer, a temperature control device, a nitrogen injection device, a dropping funnel and a refrigerator. A solid shaped EG-3-DAB(0.62g, 2mmole) is dissolve in a reaction solvent DMAc 11.16g. ODPA(0.62g, 2mmole) is slowly added while a nitrogen gas is passed. The component in the reactor is reacted for seven hour at ten point centigrade, and a polyamic acid 10wt is obtained. In another method, A nitrogen gas is slowly passed in a 50ml reactor attaching a stirrer, a temperature control device, a nitrogen injection device, a dropping funnel and a refrigerator. A solid shaped EG-3-DAB(0.84g, 2mmole) is dissolve in a reaction solvent DMAc 13.14g. ODPA(0.62g, 2mmole) is slowly added while a nitrogen gas is passed. The component in the reactor is reacted for seven hour at ten point centigrade, and a polyamic acid 10wt is obtained.
