PURPOSE: A food waste fermentation apparatus is provided, which is characterized in that mixing and crashing of food waste, regardless of size of food waste, is conducted by controlling a space of an inside wall(35) and a blade of agitator as moving a disk(43) of the blade. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus consists of a fermentation tank(30), the blade of agitator equipped with an axis of agitator(33) therein for mixing food waste, a blower inputting air for controlling temperature and supplying oxygen therein, an open-close driving means for operating a discharge cover controlling a discharge hole(37) when discharging fermented wastes. The blade of agitator comprises that a fixing bar(42) equipped with a bar(41) is installed in the center of the axis of agitator(33) at shape of cross, and the moving disk(43) is put into the bar(41), and at both ends of the bar(41), plates is installed in order to prevent separation of the disk(43) from the bar(41). |
