PURPOSE: An information providing wireless network system and method having a location dynamically generated by a space time client relation information to a mobile communication terminal is provided to construct time space client relation information defined by a user and offer information having the location dynamically generated by time space client relation information to the mobile communication terminal through a wireless internet network. CONSTITUTION: A server(10) has an information storing unit(100), an electronic map server(200), a location identifying server(300), and a wireless communication repeating unit(400). The information storing unit(100) has a map storing database(110) in which a basic map(112) and a subject map(114) are composed according to a layer and a time space client relation database(120) for storing client relation information for adding an interest field to a time concept and a space concept. The electronic map server(200) has an input unit(210), a client relation search unit(220), and a map search unit(230). The input unit(210) stores time space client relation information in a time space client relation database(120) of the information storing unit(100) when a mobile communication user(20) is connected to the wireless communication repeating unit(400) through the wireless internet network for inputting time space client relation information, and inputs an inquiry of the mobile communication user(20). The client relation search unit(220) searches the time space client relation database(120) according to a time and provides a character service to the mobile communication user(20). The map search unit(230) performs a space inquiry according to a client relation set by the user and generates an electronic map. The location identifying server(300) grasps a location of the mobile communication user(20) according to a cell and provides the grasped location of the user to the electronic map server(200).
