PURPOSE: Provided is a stent connected with the inside of an artificial blood vessel, which can improve longitudinal flexibility when the stent shrinks and increase expansion ability. CONSTITUTION: The artificial blood vessel stent comprises an artificial blood vessel body(1) inserted in the artery, a main stent(3) comprising a plurality of unit structures(5), wherein the unit structures(5) are coupled with the inside of the artificial blood vessel body(1) at a regular interval and turned zigzag by a plurality of bending points to form a cylindrical structure, a side stent comprising connection structures(9) connected with the unit structures(5) by means of twisting each other at least one time.
