PURPOSE: A window locking device is provided to improve convenience in use, to protect children from dangers and to prevent an intrusion of robbers by mounting the window locking device. CONSTITUTION: A window locking device includes a plurality of coupling holes(21) formed in a lower portion of an external window(20) in regular intervals and a latched section(12) elastically projected from a case(11) formed at a lower portion of an internal window(10). The latched section has an inclined surface(12a) and is inserted into the coupling holes of the external window. The latched section is mounted at a side of an operating bar(13) by a pin, and a push button(14) is mounted at the other side of the operating bar and projected to the inside of the case.
