PURPOSE: A method for offering of job and advertisement on the internet for web construction expert is provided to enhance efficiency of manpower by rapidly supply/demand and an interactive jointing in a market for professional free-lancer constructing the internet web site by offering a space for meeting to clients directly and the information wanted by clients as a portfolio image, domain address, detail expression, an estimate, form mail. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of web construction professional free-lancers(11, 12, 13) wanted for personal advertisement by joining for membership in the web registers as a professional free-lancer and joins for membership by one's ID and a password. If the joining for membership, the registration contents and the membership information about corresponding professional free-lancer are stored in a database of a web-server(30). If the information for offering of a job is displayed on the on-line, a free-lancer and IT manpower reads the list and participates in a project. New project news is sent to a registrated free-lancer who does not visit the web site and the IT manpower joined by a mail per 24 hours. A client(40) reads a list about the professional free-lancer and clicks one free-lancer, and obtains profile about the free-lancer and the needed information by visiting a portfolio site directly.
