PURPOSE: A repair method of a circular saw is provided to recycle the saw by repairing the circular saw of which saw-tooth portion is abraded. CONSTITUTION: A circular saw forms a saw-tooth portion(120) of a specific pitch on a circular plate(110) and the outer circumferential face of the circular plate. Upon repairing the saw-tooth portion(120) of the circular saw due to abrasion, an abraded portion of the saw-tooth portion is processed by a grinder. Each rim is cut while the ground circular plate(110) is deposited and rotated. The cut rim is formed into a saw-tooth through a hobbing machine reciprocating up and down. A heat treatment is performed to prevent the deformation of each saw-tooth portion(120). Accordingly, as the abraded circular saw is recycled by being welded, cost of a product is saved.
