PURPOSE: A device for increasing a heating and supplying hot water is provided to improve the practicality and the convenience by adding a hot water supply function corresponding to the heating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An absorption cycle comprises a regenerator(15) to gasify a part of an absorbing liquid by heating with a heater; a condenser(17) to liquefy the gasified refrigerant by cooling; an evaporator(18) to evaporate the condensed liquefied refrigerant under a low pressure; an absorber(19) to absorb the evaporated gasified refrigerant in the absorbing liquid; and a solution pump to send the absorbing liquid to the regenerator. A heat exchanger for increasing a heating(61) exchanges heat between heated water via a heat exchanger for evaporating(42) and hot liquid from the regenerator through different passages. Thereby, the heating efficiency is maximized without regard to the cooling efficiency.
