PURPOSE: A method for preparing a specimen bottle is provided of which working process is shortened. Therefore, a bottle for a specimen is manufactured easily and cost effectively. And its manufacturing device is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) after melting glass raw materials at a temperature of 800-1,400 deg.C, pouring the molten glass into the combined inside of a neck-mold(220) and a cavity mold(230); (ii) combining a core mold(210) with the inside of the neck mold(220) and the cavity mold(230) to prepare a preliminary molded product(240); (iii) after separating the core mold(210) and separating the neck mold(220) from the cavity mold(230), taking out the preliminary molded product(240); (iv) combining the preliminary molded product(240) with a blow mold(250a, 250b) and then pouring air into the blow mold(250a, 250b); and (v) after separating the blow mold(250a, 250b) and opening the neck mold(220), taking out a complete product. The specimen bottle manufacturing device comprises: (i) a core mold(21) of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow; (ii) a neck mold(220) of which a lower end part has a wide upper part and a narrow lower part and which is separable; (iii) a blow mold(250a) which is constructed to be separable by a combining part; and (iv) a blow mold(250b) which is separably combined to the blow mold(250a) by a groove.
