PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an embossing roller is provided to improve the strength and the durability of the embossing roller, and to achieve a plating tube clearly printed with very fine pattern. CONSTITUTION: A printing plate having an uneven pattern is formed using an original sample plate(step(100)). A printing tube is formed by coupling the rolled printing plate to a roller(step(200)). Contaminants attached to the printing tube is removed(step(300)). A remover is applied to the printing tube for facilitating smooth ablation(step(400)). A synthetic resin is coated on the printing tube to fabricate a plating tube(step(500)). A reductant composed of hydrazine, silver nitrate mixed with ammonia, caustic soda is sprayed for endowing conductivity to the inner surface of the plating tube(step(600)). A plating nickel pipe is formed by impregnating the plating tube into plating liquid(step(700)). In a filler charging process(step(800)), the plating nickel pipe is received in a filling container, sand is charged between the plating nickel pipe and the filling container, a shaft is inserted into the center of the plating nickel pipe, a heater is received in a cooling water passage of the shaft, and a filling cover is installed at an upper opening of the plating nickel pipe. After that, the metal filler begin to flow by heating the shaft, and the metal filler liquid is injected via a melted metal inlet hole of the filling cover.
