PURPOSE: A shredding device is provided to install plural sanitary knives for preparing a fish by easily separating and cleaning. CONSTITUTION: Plural fish cutting knives installed on a cutting device does a quadrangular motion, forms a blade portion(1a) on upper and lower ends, and an inserting groove on front and rear sides. A fish cutting knife axis is established on the inserting groove. A spacer(6) inserted between the plural fish cutting knives enables the fish cutting knives to be arranged with a specific interval. The cutting device installed with plural fish cutting knives slantingly slides a fish. Therefore, the appearance of the sliced fish is neater than a fish cut by vertically descending of a device. The installed plural fish cutting knives are easily separated and assembled. The blade portion is used for a long time without regrinding because fish cutting knives are installed on the upper and lower sides of the fish cutting knife.
