PURPOSE: A deformed cube corner retro-reflector having a frustrated total internal reflection function of incident light and a fabrication method of the same are provided to form various deformed shapes on three sides of a perfect triangular cone type cube corner, thereby performing the frustrated total internal reflection function of incident light. CONSTITUTION: The deformed cube corner retro-reflector having a frustrated total internal reflection function of incident light comprises a surface layer(11), a retro-reflection layer(18), an adhesive layer(13), a bottom layer(14), a viscosity layer(15) and a deform film layer(16). At least one kind deformed shape is formed on a triangular cone type cube corner having three triangle perpendicular to each other in which the retro-reflection layers(18) meets in one peak point as three sides.
