摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of a rotary shaft of a zero point locked pin-pulley for a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) multi-axial winding machine is provided to solve the problems of perturbation, erroneous position operation, and operation delay frequently generated in sequence numerical control. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a rotary shaft of a zero point locked pin-pulley for a CNC multi-axial winding machine includes a servo motor(1) controlling the speed and the position of the work process, and driving a rotary shaft, a coupling(2) connecting a servo motor shaft with a main power shaft, a zero point locked pulley(3) designed to easily control the position by a working angle and divide the pulley at a desired work angle, a motion hold shaft(4) connecting other structures with the shaft, a jig shaft and pulley(5), a locked pin(6) installed in a cylinder for deciding the working angle with the zero point locked pulley, upper and lower position sensors(7,7') sensing and operating to enable the motion of the upper and lower ends of the locked pin, a cylinder performing the vertical motion of the locked pin according to the information sensed in the position sensors for the zero point locked pulley to perform a stop command at the exact position by the locked pin, and air fittings(9) supplying air.
