PURPOSE: A method for measuring driving situation of an accident vehicle by the on-line is provided to reduce a loss caused by ignorance of law in accordance with a traffic accident by calculating a criminal penalty criterion about an assaulter and a victim in accordance with selecting of a user or displaying an infringement penalty and black marks etc. from a database. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of connection buttons anchored for connecting a document, image and dynamic image data are displayed on a monitor of a user interface(100). A submit button and a reset button for remaking are displayed and inputting is waited(200). A cookie is set if normal data are recorded in a database of a server after membership joining data are inputted(300). If confirming of membership is performed, the anchored buttons for informing the velocity, stoping distance, production of lawsuit cost are displayed(400).
