PURPOSE: A device for fabricating a permeable sheet and a fabrication method of the permeable sheet are provided to prevent the damage of a film, to improve the adhesion and the permeability between the extended film and the non-woven fabric, and to reduce the cost of production. CONSTITUTION: A permeable sheet is produced by unifying melting resin and non-woven fabric supplied from an extruder(1). The melting resin discharged from a discharge die of the extruder and the non-woven fabric supplied from a non-woven fabric unwinder are passed between an elastic roll(31) and a metal roll(32) maintained at a temperature of 60 to 80 deg,C. Thereby, the melting resin is unified on the one side of the non-woven fabric in semi-solid state. After that, the melting resin in semi-solid state is extended up to 1.2-1.5 times of original length by using the difference of rotation speed, and then is passed by an aging roll and a cooling roll successively. In this way, the melting resin is cooled to a normal temperature. Since the melting resin and the non-woven fabric are compressed by using heat, the deformation of the permeable sheet is prevented, and the adhesion between them is improved.
