PURPOSE: An opening and shutting device of a beverage can is provided to easily open and to protect beverage from various dirt adhered on the beverage can. CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting device includes a body(100), a side member(110), an upper member(112) connected to the upper end of the side member, a brim member(114) projecting outwardly between the side member and the upper member, an opening member(120) connected to the upper end of the side member and the upper member. The opening member has a grip(121), a hole(122) formed at the end of the grip for allowing a user to open the can, an opening member body(126) connected to the upper end of the upper member, a connection part(128) connected to the upper member without separation when the user separates the opening member from the upper member, a separation part(127) separated from the upper member when the opening member is separated.
