PURPOSE: A dynamic fusion detector algorithm is provided so that high security can be achieved by preventing mis-operation of systems due to a fluorescent lamp, headlight of vehicles, etc. CONSTITUTION: In a system for sensing environmental variations, a current list box values consecutively store RGB averages of the respective blocks of a current frame at intervals of a predetermined period, and old list box values store RGB averages of the respective blocks of a 3 frame preceding frame. The current list box values are sequentially compared with the old list box values. When the resultant value exceeds a critical value, movement of an object on a screen can be sensed. As compared with general sensing systems mis-operated due to non-sensing factors, such as a fluorescent lamp, headlight of vehicles, lighter, candle light and sunlight, the dynamic fusion detector algorithm has excellent sensing reliability, accuracy and security, and thus is suitable for coast line sensing systems and bank security systems. In addition, the dynamic fusion detector algorithm senses variations of sunlight, and thus reduces or prevents fire. |
