Disclosed is a curable composition having excellent storage stability. Specifically, disclosed is an oxyalkylene polymer (P) having an urethane bond, a polyoxyalkylene chain and an alkoxysilyl group. The oxyalkylene polymer (P) can be produced by conducting an urethanization reaction between a polymer (pP) having a polyoxyalkylene chain and a hydroxyl group and a compound (U) having an alkoxysilyl group and an isocyanate group in the presence of a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst having an organic ligand. Also disclosed is a curable composition comprising the polymer.
