BOTTOM MOLD FOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE FUNNEL

PURPOSE: A bottom mold for a cathode-ray tube funnel is provided to simplify processing, manufacturing, mutual coupling and relative center adjustment of the first mold and the second mold by a square shape or an elliptical shape of division line and mold high quality funnel by restraining defect occurred by check. CONSTITUTION: A bottom mold for a cathode-ray tube funnel comprises the first mold(16) molding the surface of a funnel main body and the second mold(26) having connection to the bottom of the first mold(16) and molding the surface of a moil portion(the remaining surface of the funnel excluding the surface of the funnel main body). The first mold(16) has a hemispherical shape one end is cut off in order to mold the surface elongated from a mold match surface(18) having a square shape to a division line of the funnel main body. An inner surface of the first mold(16) is rounded in order to have a square shape of curvature. The second mold(26) is coupled in order to be surrounded with a bottom cut end of the first mold(16) in the shape of a ring. A coupling cut end(30) of the first mold(16) with the second mold(26) has a shape of a step.
