PURPOSE: A tie for arranging steel wires is provided to enhance stability of binding the steel wires and improve appearance of the bound steel wires. CONSTITUTION: A tile(30) has a body(31) elongated with the shape as a band. A plurality of fastening balls(33) are formed in the body(31) with a certain interval, and a plurality of fastening holes(35) are formed alternately to the fastening balls(33). All of the fastening balls(33) and the fastening holes(35) overlapped as the body(31) is wound around steel wires(1) to bind the steel wires(1). The body(31) is formed with handles(37) at a certain interval for convenience of a user holding the tie(30) in binding the steel wires(1), and cut into a suitable length if necessary. The fastening balls(33) and the fastening holes(35) fastened to each other are alternately formed in plurality to enhance stability of binding and to improve appearance of the body(31) through a clean finish.
