PURPOSE: An up/down conveyor for automatically removing web is provided to remove safety accidents due to surface contact, reduce trouble ratio and extending lifespan of the equipment by lowering chain-driven conveyors for automatically inserting or withdrawing a tire by cylinders in the process of removing web from the surface of the tire by rotating in a predetermined direction in association with the rotation of spindle cones. CONSTITUTION: An up/down conveyor for automatically removing web includes chain-driven conveyors(6,7) mounted facing each other respectively for automatically inserting and withdrawing a tire by being driven by each exclusive motor(8,9) mounted at a side to be lifted or lowered by each up/down cylinder(10,11) mounted at a lower part of the other side, and four spindle cones(12) mounted on the chain-driven conveyors for securing the tire to rotate, thereby removing web of the inserted tire.
