PURPOSE: A system for managing vehicle is provided to enable a plurality of clients wanted to possession of a vehicle to provide a vehicle in low price by purchasing cooperatively a vehicle, to relax traffic and parking problem caused by many vehicles by using effective managing system. CONSTITUTION: Applicants(11) apply for a joining of membership(12) and a vehicle purchase(13). A system for managing vehicle cooperatively(UCMS)(10) offers a cooperative purchase(14), and registers the applicants as a member by rendering the applicants(11) to be received the member qualification and suggested the vehicle price(16). The UCMS(10) purchases a vehicle and performs a vehicle possession procedure, and calculates the days a member will use the vehicle per an year by confirming the payment for purchasing vehicle and joining the membership. If service application is received from a member, the UCMS(10) assigns and controls the days and offers a service therefor. The UCMS(10) receives a membership fee for one year, and charges repairing and managing of the vehicle. If the UCMS(10) decides cancellation of vehicle management, the vehicle is put up for an auction.
