PURPOSE: A method for integrating sale, rental and residence of building using the internet is provided to verify cost for buying lot and constructing by opening the cost on the internet. CONSTITUTION: Information on traffic facilities, convenience facilities and public facilities around a site selected as the building site in order to previously understand the information on the facilities around the site provide to a home page on the internet. An interior shape completed on the basis of whole drawing design of the site and drawing designs by pyungs(1 pyung = 3.954 sq. yds) is provided to the home page on the internet as a 3D technique. Whole cost of the construction calculated on the basis of cost of materials and labor cost of whole course put into the construction are provided to the home page on the internet. The whole cost is redivided according to pyungs of a place of residence, and prospective price for sale calculated by pyungs is provided to the home page on the internet. According to a private preference an interior design such as furniture, papering, illumination, curtain and the like could be selected on the home page. According to selected item, the price for sale is adjusted and final price for sale by pyungs is provided to the home page. On the basis of the final price, a receipt for subscription is reserved. When the building is completed, a statement of accounts is announced. A payment of a person who has a house built for sale is confirmed on the internet. When the dweller who wants to move send in the moving application having an area to which the dweller will move and the number of pyung through the home page, an operating control headquarters confirms whether the dweller could move up to a determined day or not. The headquarters informs the dweller through the home page. In case that the headquarters takes reservations whether the dweller will repair the housing through the page or not, a control office estimates a prospective cost of moving and repairing the housing and informs the headquarters and the dweller of the cost. When the moving is completed, a local control office informs the headquarters of a confirmed notice of the dweller's moving.
