PURPOSE: A parking restricting apparatus is provided to secure a parking space for an emergency vehicle or a handicapped person all the time, and to prevent the damage of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A parking restricting apparatus comprises a semispherical main body (1) formed lower than the under surface of a car on the bottom board and provided with an operating groove (101) to insert an operating bar (2) inward and coupled with the operating bar (2) by a revolving shaft (201) to drive the operating bar (2) together with a revolving shaft (201), a driven gear (202) installed on one side of the revolving shaft (201), and a motor (3) which is provided with a driving gear (301) engaged with the driven gear (202) and revolves to the right and reverse direction by a remote control, so that an operating bar (2) can be stood or laid by the operation of a remote control to park cars selectively or to secure a parking space.
