PURPOSE: A wheel grinder is provided to improve working efficiency and to reduce the degree of dependence on manual work by semi-automating through sequential and gradual grinding of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel grinder comprises: a compartment body(3) installed in both sides of a base(1) and having many grinding chambers; a wheel driving unit(4) rotating the wheels in respective chambers in predetermined angles; and a vibrating unit(5) vibrating the compartment body employing the electromotive force of a motor(51). According to the vibration of the compartment body elastically supported on a spring(2), the grinding stones in the grinding chambers vibrate. While the wheels to be ground are combined to wheel drive shafts(41) in the grinding chambers, the wheel drive shafts are moved in an inclined state. The wheel drive shafts repeat left and right rotation for predetermined time by a motor(42). Thereby, the wheels are ground by the vibrated grinding stones.
