PURPOSE: A flat buzzer is provided so that a size of the flat buzzer can be minimized and a short of a coil can be prevented, by varying a structure of the flat buzzer and preventing exposure of the end of the coil. CONSTITUTION: A buzzer sound output hole for outputting a buzzer sound is formed on a cuboid cover(1). A vacuum plate, magnet, coil, frame and substrate are provided in the cover(1). Here, the bottom surface and soldering pads(12) are externally exposed. The soldering pads(12) consisting of a conductive material are formed at the edges of the substrate(11) having the identical height to the substrate(11). In addition, two soldering units(14) formed on the front surface of the substrate(11) are electrically connected to the bottom surface of the substrate(11) through a conductive through hole(13). The through hole(13) is electrically connected to the soldering pads(12) by a pattern(15). In order to reduce or prevent electric short between the soldering units(14) and the soldering pads(12), a pattern may be formed on the top surface of the substrate(11). The same effect may also be achieved by plating the side portion of the substrate(11), namely the side portion of the coil soldering units(14). As a result, a special space for connecting a coil of the flat buzzer is not required, thus minimizing a size of the flat buzzer.
