PURPOSE: A saw tooth machining device is provided to reuse a broken circular saw by machining abraded saw teeth. CONSTITUTION: A saw tooth machining device comprises: a base(110); a hobbing gear drive unit(150) for composing a saw tooth part on the circumference of a circular saw; a swivel base(200) mounted on the base, and rotatable and movable forwardly and rearwardly while plural circular saws are settled; a support(300) spacing apart from the swivel base and supporting the lower ends of the circular saws; and a clamping unit(400) for clamping the circular saws at the upper end of the base. The circumference of the circular saw having abraded saw teeth is ground or cut by a grinder or a bite to form a uniform outer diameter. After sequential layering of plural circular saws on the swivel base, a clamping part(420) is lifted up and down by rotation and forward and rearward movement of the swivel base. Thereafter, the hobbing gear drive unit is rotated. Then, the circumference of the circular saw is formed in the shape of saw teeth.
