PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying power source of a satellite broadcasting receiver is provided to receive the satellite broadcasting for a movement. The apparatus is driven by receiving the direct power source provided from a movement device. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for supplying power source of a satellite broadcasting receiver includes following units. A transformer(100) divides or boosts the voltage by receiving a direct current to the primary coil. A switch(200) is connected to the primary coil of the transformer(100) and makes the direct current being inputted to the primary part of the transformer(100) switch through a switching operation, thereby inducing an alternating current to the secondary part. A rectifying unit(300) is connected to the secondary coil of the transformer(100) and removes pulsating current component existing the current inputted from the transformer(100). A power source output unit(400) receives the rectified current, changes the received current into a current required for the load part, and then outputs the changed current. A control unit(500) controls the switching operation period of the switch(200) according to the feedback power source by feedback of the power source output from the power source output unit(400).
