PURPOSE: Tobacco case is provided wherein ashtray is attached inside to prevent cigarette butt from being thrown anywhere so that it protects fire, environment contamination or so on arising from cigarette butt. CONSTITUTION: The tobacco case wherein ashtray is attached comprises the parts of: an ashtray(2) which is attached in the bottom or front side of the case(1) to be integrated with the case; fire extinguishing fluid cloth(4) which is treated by fire extinguishing fluid to be adhered on the side of the ashtray and closely touched toward the force of fire for perfectly extinguishing the force of fire left at the end of the ashtray; and a switch door(3) which is opened to make one end of butt be touched to fire extinguishing fluid cloth.
