STRETCHING STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A stretching structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which prevents excessive elongation and damage of stretching structure by strengthened elastic property. CONSTITUTION: The stretching structure is comprised of: a main body(1) comprised of string or a tube and twisted which has elastic property by elastic force maintaining twisted shape; a stretching member(3) set in the inside of the main body in the direction of length which has elasticity strengthening elastic property of the main body(1); and a connecting member(5) connected to the stretching member(3) at regular intervals. The stretching structure is obtained by a process containing the steps of: forming hollow shape having regular size of hollow on the stretching member(3); sealing the one side of the stretching member(3), followed by injecting liquid or gas into the hollow part and sealing to maintain regular shape; twisting the main body(1) on the outside of the stretching member(3); soaking the stretching member(3) and the main body(1) in the connecting member(5), followed by taking out and drying the connecting member(5) to connect the main body(1) to the stretching member(3); and then removing a sealing string of the stretching member(3), followed by discharging the liquid or gas of the hollow part.
