PURPOSE: A mortise locking device is provided to increase the utilization convenience of a door lock since it is possible to unlock the locked latch and dead bolt with one operation of a latch link rotating element. CONSTITUTION: A mortise locking device having a dual locking structure by a latch(131) and a dead bolt(131), includes a door lock case; first and second latch links installed in the inside of the door lock case to be rotatably moved; a latch plate(130) interlocked with the rotary motion of the first and second latch links, and slidably installed in a locking direction or unlocking direction for making the latch appear and disappear to the outside of the case; a dead bolt plate(120) slidably installed in the locking direction or unlocking direction according to the rotation direction of a dead bolt cam(124) installed in the inside of the door lock case for making the dead bolt appear and disappear to the outside of the case; a first lifting sliding piece(150) pushing the first latch link and the dead bolt cam in unlocking direction with moving up and down by a latch controlling element for moving the locked latch plate and the dead bolt plate to unlocking position; and a second lifting sliding piece(154) pushing the second latch link in unlocking direction with moving up and down by the latch controlling element for moving the locked latch plate to the unlocking position.
