PURPOSE: A stand structure of a mini-scooter is provided to increase convenience in use and to strenghten the competitiveness against other products by adding a standing function to the mini-scooter. CONSTITUTION: A stand structure of a mini-scooter includes a head pipe having a handle, a step plate, a collapsible part, front and rear wheels axially and rotatably mounted on a fork and the step plate, a brake cover fixed on the rear end of the step plate, a support bracket(10) fixed on the side of a support frame of the step plate and having a spring supporter(12) and a load supporter(13), a supporting rod(20) axially and rotatably mounted on the load supporter of the supporting bracket through a fixing pin(22) and having a connection ring(21), and a tension coil spring(30) having both ends connected to the spring supporter and the spring connection ring and controlling the operation of the supporting rod to restrict to a collapsible position for standing or non-standing.
