PURPOSE: Provided is an impact-intensifier with a small particle size for transparent acryl-based resin, the index of refraction of the impact-intensifier is little different from the index of refraction of an acryl resin, thereby, discoloration is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The impact-reinforcing agent is prepared by a process comprising the steps of: adding 0.01-2 pts.wt. of an initiator, 0.2-4 pts.wt. of an emulsifier, 0.05-15 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent, 0.05-15 pts.wt. of a grafting agent, and 400-800 pts.wt. of acryl-based monomers only or copolymer thereof to 100 pts.wt. of glass phase latex and then performing a polymerization and adding 0.01-2 pts.wt. of the initiator to prepare rubber graft polymer; adding 10-100 pts.wt. of the acryl-based monomers only or the copolymer thereof, less than 10 pts.wt. of a polymerization-control agent to 100 pts.wt. of the rubber graft polymer to prepare the impact-intensifier having a particle size of 150-220 nm. The index of refraction of the impact-intensifier is represented by X±(0.001-0.02), wherein X is the index of refraction of the acryl-based resin.
