PURPOSE: A coating solution composition is provided which can be applied to coating an oriented film of a liquid crystal display by transfer coating using a roll. CONSTITUTION: The coating solution composition comprises at least one solvent and at least one solid polymer being soluble in the solvent. The solvent comprises a first solvent which is at least one solvent having a specific surface tension of less than 35 dynes/cm(at 25 °C) and a second solvent which is at least one solvent having the specific surface tension of more than 30 dynes/cm(at 25 °C). The solid polymer is a polysiloxane or a polyvinyl or a polyglucose or a polymethylmethacrylate or a polyimide or a polyamic acid or a polyethyleneimide or a polyacryl. |
