PURPOSE: A tray device is provided to smoothly rotate a roulette and to prevent noise by elastically pressurizing the roulette toward a roller while supporting a lower face of the roulette with the rotating roller. CONSTITUTION: In pressurizing a roller(14), the roller(14) is inserted in an installing groove(16) by transforming an elastic piece(22) having a hanging sill with a roller shaft(18). The roller shaft(18) is supported to a shaft supporting portion. A movement of the roller(14) is prevented with the hanging sill by returning the elastic piece. A roulette(24) is installed in a roulette combining shaft(26). A ring-shaped washer(34) is loaded inside a shaft combining portion(30) by installing in the roulette combining shaft(26). A tightening screw(28) is combined with the roulette combining shaft(26). The roulette(24) is elastically pressurized by a coil spring(36) to stick with a roller(14) by compressing the coil spring(36) with the tightening screw(28). Thereby, the roulette is smoothly rotated and noise by the movement of the roulette is prevented.
