PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to safely and precisely insert a crystal unit, by picking up the crystal unit by a gripper and settling the crystal unit in a guide block, and by inserting the crystal unit by a gripper pin as the guide block is spread so that the crystal unit is mounted in the lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(20) is transferred to a transfer rail(22). A guide block(24) settling an inserted crystal unit(12) is installed. A ball bearing(26) is installed on a side surface, and a slider(32) is installed in a shaft(30) so as to reciprocate in parallel with the transfer rail. A stopper(33) prevents the slider from moving to a central direction. A pusher(36) ascends/descends as a cylinder operates, and spreads the slider horizontally while contacting a ball bearing(26) when the pusher ascends. A frame transfer unit(44) includes a plate(40) and a feeding pin(43). The plate horizontally reciprocates in parallel with the transfer rail by an air cylinder. The feeding pin vertically reciprocates by the air cylinder, and horizontally transfers the lead frame to a next stage by one pitch. A guide-adhered cylinder(52) is installed in the plate which performs a horizontal motion by the air cylinder fixed in a body(46). An air chuck(54) is installed to vertically reciprocate in the guide-adhered cylinder. A gripper(56) is installed in the air chuck. A pick-up/insert unit(58) picks up electronic parts by the gripper, and inserts the electronic parts into the lead frame through the guide block.
