PURPOSE: Assembling structure for a neon sign is provided to reduce the prime cost and to shorten a manufacturing process by using only a half or a quarter of an LED(Light Emitting Diode). CONSTITUTION: A signal input unit is input by a signal from PC and a micom performs a control based on the input signal through the signal input unit. A power supply unit supplies an action power to the microcomputer. A neon sign is formed with an LED driving unit selectively driving plural LEDs according to the microcomputer control. An advertisement is input to the neon sign through a PC and a keyboard connected with the neon sign. As using only a quarter or one fifth of the LED, the same effect as before is obtained due to an optical illusion phenomenon. Transparent tubes(50) positioned in the neon sign at intervals are not affected by the wind direction. The light of the LED is equally dispersed because the transparent tubes are round-processed.
