PURPOSE: A method for constructing sectional manholes is provided to reduce a construction period of time and to prevent a transformation of a manhole assembly by an external force or a leakage of water. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing the sectional manholes includes the steps of forming a hollow hole by excavating a designated position, installing a base member(10) on a bottom surface of the hollow hole, injecting an appropriate asystole mortar into a rib receiving hole(16) formed in an upper circumference of the base member, piling a central member(20) for coupling a rib(23) in the rib receiving hole, injecting the appropriate asystole mortar into another rib receiving hole(22) formed in an upper circumference of the central member, piling an upper member(30) for coupling another rib(39) in the rib receiving hole of the central member, coupling a manhole cover(42) to a cover supporting part(35) formed on an upper portion of the upper member, and covering the surroundings of the assembled manhole.
